How do I add more videos to my device?
Simply select the video you wish to add to your player from here on NatureRelaxation.com, add it to your cart, and complete checkout. You will be sent a link to download your videos. Once you download the videos, use the included USB card reader to transfer them to your SD card via your computer.
What do I need to do to get it installed?
Simply install it to your TV through either the included HDMI cable or AVI cable; plug the adapter into any wall outlet to power it on; put batteries in the remote, and the player is all set up. Next, you need to put your SD card into the SD card reader into your computer and download the videos you want to play directly onto the card.

How long will it take me to receive my player package?
In most cases, you will receive everything in about 3 days via UPS, if not sooner. I purchase all items for you and they are shipped direct to you via Amazon Prime.
How many videos can I fit on a 32GB SD Card?
Roughly 8-9 hours of full 1080p video.
How many videos can I fit on a 64GB SD Card?
Roughly 18 hours of full 1080p HD video.
Is it cheaper if I buy it myself? If so, why buy it through you?
